Refund Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds for Services

• Due to the custom and creative nature of photography and videography, all completed and delivered services are non-refundable.

• If technical issues, missed deliverables, or significant quality concerns arise, clients must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will first attempt to correct or redo the work before considering a partial refund.

• Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Deposits

• Deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable, unless we are unable to fulfill the scheduled service.

• Deposits may be transferred to a future booking if the client reschedules with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with the client to reschedule at no extra cost.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any payments made (excluding completed work) will be provided.
